White Day is the day when girls in Japan give chocolate or gifts to boys they like. It's a month after Valentine's Day.

Anon 2 has it a little backward.
In Japan, girls give gifts to guys on Valentine's Day and guys return the favor on March 14 with presents that are usually of greater value than the ones they were given.

This may be a picture of them receiving their gifts.
