I can see what happened here. Brock swiped Jenny #1's bikini, and Jenny #2 is trying to keep Jenny #1 from shooting Brock, while Jenny #3 is making the arrest.

Growlithe is there with a face that says 'What the f--- is wrong with you?!', and ready to strike should Brock try to escape. Doesn't look like that'll happen now that Brock is an a perverted, self-induced trance.

Am I in the ballpark with this one?
