There is a LOT of detail, anon4. Perhaps it isn't crisp, high resolresolution detail when zoomed in, but the designs in the wood on the furniture, the many folds in her clothing, the intricate gate pattern, the accurate chess set and phone... the detail work is excellent. It doesn't have to be sharp and highres for detail. Just look at any truly great pixel art.
