I believe it's the Clever Rat's Ring? The one that makes you harder to hear. Equip that and bow him to death. just walk though to move. nvr run he will hear you. And wait until his attack sequence finishes b4 you hit him again or he will track you immediately and 3 hit combo you. Stay behind the coffin and move from left to right to keep him guessing about where the arrows come from if you pass the coffin he will follow the arrows' path much quicker. Take your time and he is easy.
