Maybe Pokemon Special should be put on this. There's nothing but that that implies that Ruby has a hat with black hair underneath rather then that being his hair with a bandanna. Like this one, gelbooru.com/index.php?page=post&s=view&id=336723 . Personally, it's white hair for me.

Sorry, anon1, but from what I've seen of the sprites (www.spriters-resource.com/gameboy_advance/pokers/brendan.png), he has black hair.
