Actually, I think he's losing all of that blood because of Yellow. Probably trying to picture what she's wearing before she takes off the towel.

I think that reds bleeding cause of yellow, the mind is going crazy try to figure out what she's wearing under the towel. Also I feel like golds not here cause silver tied him up somewhere
