The blonde one, Sader, is a similar story to the KOS-MOS. Some Chinese manufacturer made a cheap, terrible looking figure of the character Saber, and eventually the internet found out and spread it around.

And Sasuke is the McDonald's pack in toy that had a gimmick where it would flip backwards should you push it down. It also looked horrible, and is represented perfectly here.

my best guess, everyone but link saw Weegee, and their souls and sprits were absorbed, thus they stare now... *shrugs*

I think those are Elegy of Emptyness spawned Redead versions of KOS-MOS, Saber and Sasuke.

To be specific: The Sasuke figure was also a major meme for a brief period because it had the uncanny ability to balance anything on its head.

The Haruka in the bottom left is a reference to the "@Home Haruka," where Sony released an announcement for IdolM@ster, but it turned out to be a mask for the PS3 game, 'Home.' Lots of people were creeped out by the face, but it aas intentional. It was suppsoed to be like the crappy festival masks you'd see.
