Riko has Serena's eyes, the clip in her hair is shaped like the logo from Ash's original baseball cap and her necklace is a Thunderstone. If either of them are related to Ash, it's her.

Serena's not the only girl Ash traveled with who has blue eyes. There's also May, Dawn, Lana and even Bonnie. Even Melody from the 2000 movie that them. So it could be anyone. Better call Maury Povich.
