Bitchsuit is generally correct, but in this case it's called a butasuit (buta = pig), due to the little piglet tail.
Since a month or so back, the term piddlefour has also cropped up, but I must admit to despising that one, sine it sounds both silly and stupid.
As for buying one of those suits, I can't help you. I made mine myself, there are a number of tutorials online. The Veterinarian made a fairly simple design that's great for beginners.
