If you're sick (physically) maybe. But it's a known fact that urine is much safer to consume than feces. Granted only weirdoes eat shit, but urine is known to be a safe way of hydration when stuck at sea. Of course a trained survivalist would use one of those tools for distilling the urine back into a more drinkable liquid. Of course it can also depend on what was drank before, so if someone only had alcohol, then yea, their piss would probably have little nutrion even if distilled.
