Anon 1 That's the ability of his Zanpakuto, it's said to be kinda like Aizen's but it just reverses the senses. Like how you see someone standing right-side up, he can manipulate the senses to where it will look like he's standing upside down, hence why the picture is like it is right now and his hair isn't how it would be if you were actually upside-down.
