It looks like some kind of crash. Now if my Windows system looked as attractive as this girl when it as out of order and vulnerable, then those system crashes would be a much more pleasant experience. Especially if you could bugger it from behind while in this state.
Maybe Microsoft has Windows-tan (or whatever her name is) as a built in mascot feature in Windows 16? Maybe they even allow you to take advantage of her vulnerability in system crash situations to ease the stress of the user and give a better experience? Society has been getting more and more sexually liberal for a long time so why not? It seems like our true sexual nature is being dealt with in a more rational and tolerant way than before.
