For the record, in the Nasu version of the story, I believe it's Lancelot that impregnates Guinevere. (King Arthur was Saber acting like a man. So she was always a woman.)

Also according to Nasu, Merlin played pranks on Saber, including giving her a penis. (Check the Type-Moon wiki. I'll wait.)

*FUTANARI SABER IS CANON.* (Sure would have made the sex scenes in Fate more interesting...)

Giving Saber a penis wasn't a prank. It was specifically so she could have kids with Guinevere (which didn't happen anyway, but that's accurate to Arthurian mythology).
