I'm using Blender + The gimp ( both are free ).

You just have to learn the basic tools of blender

- Extrude (E), Grab (G), Rotate (R), Scale (S), Add LoopCut (K)

- Unwrap (U), UV MapTools

- Learn the basic use of the shapekeys

- And you use The Gimp (or photoshop if you prefer) to make Alpha map so you have to learn how tu use these on blender too

And Ieira posted a really good exemple of his job (the one with Roberta)
The better way to learn how to do it, once you learnt the basics of blender, is to look at his file and try to understand what he did.

Haha, maybe we should all start learning how to do this, then we can all post our favorite hentai pics in motion. Damn I would love to animate some eroquis pics. These gifs are so much hotter than the still images.
