But Lambda had her own soul earlier, before Nu's soul were transported inside her. So it's actually possible, and not that weird at all.

Maybe, but Lambda essentially died because of all the horrible things done to her. Have no idea exactly what happened to Nu. Her fate in Calamity Trigger wasn't that clear. All we get for her after that is Kokonoe puts Nu's soul in Lambda's body, which Tager found earlier practically decomposing.
