Actually, #875660 just might be right.

Faiz Axel only travels at the SPEED OF SOUND for about 10 seconds, while Kabuto's Clock Up allows him to travel almost at the SPEED OF LIGHT.

However, Decade's Faiz Axel Form Ride card allows Decade (as Faiz Axel) to match up with Clock Up's speed.
