The funny thing is that there is a mod for just such a backpack. It includes quite a few other things, too. I can't recall whether or not it has a sukumizu in with it, though.

Funny thing is, the raider outfit Patchouli has on, you can see her breast outline through it, and if you find a female raider in Fallout 3 its just that way too.
