meh, there wouldn't be that much of a difference, wouldn't it?
she!Tieria would still be in love with Lockon, she'd still have the defrosting emotionless character charm, she'd still look the same (but with boobs, probably), fans of both genders would still want her, etc
also, "First female Gundam pilot" is not exactly different from "First canonically gay Gundam pilot"
