I don't really care either way, but when the artist makes it huge and obvious (much more than in this image), it really turns me off.
Also, "mutilation" is rather hyperbolic. Wiktionary defines "mutilate" thus:
1. To physically harm as to impair use, notably by cutting off or otherwise disabling a vital part, such as a limb.
2. To destroy beyond recognition.
...and my (circumcised) penis is entirely functional and recognizable.
Now, that whole cut-off-the-clit-and-labia-and-sew-up-the-vagina thing done in some parts of the world... that's a different story.

Like foreskin or not, removing it does actually remove thousands of nerve endings that add to the pleasure sensation during sex. Also, having foreskin isn't unsanitary, quite opposite. It's there for a reason. I have foreskin, and I find it sexy on a futa ^_^
