No, no she's not. As stated before, this is from Rachel's joke ending. Those glasses are called the Spectacles of Eros (as tagged), named after the Greek God of Desire. It causes the wearer to be popular with members of the other sex (Though, as proven by Jin's appearance in the ending, it CAN work with members of the same sex too). And they're made so well that the wearer doesn't even realize they're wearing them. So basically, all the girls there love him because of the spectacles (Though Lambda and maybe Noel really do like him). What's amazing though is Noel and Nirvana. In the short time since he had the spectacles on, Noel filed a marriage registration and made duplicates. And in the same amount of time or less, Nirvana knew about it, nabbed the registration form AND rigged the NOL registration office to blow, thus PREVENTING Noel from submitting any of her duplicates. Though poor Noel still gets teased for her chest size.
