I think that yellow area is her bladder, not her stomache.

It seems that: her arm was torn off and her batman-brain send a signal to her ovaries to produce and egg that, with the use of some sort of hyper stemcells, grows into an arm.
Only this happens at such an alarming speed that just bashed into existance expanding her womb into her stomach causing her to vomit.

basically she neded to make a new arm but she needed the genetic information from somewhere so her body took it from the only place it could get it quickly one of her eggs, and by the looks of it she wasn't expecting that
