"I've fallen and can't get up" is in fact the title of a porn flick. The plot is simple. Ebony woman (with twintails) falls of a pink kiddy-bicycle with support wheels and starts crying. It all gets better when her "daddy" aids her with a dick. Can't stop imagining Balalaika in that flick.
