Are these girls (Meltrandi) cannon or fan-made? Either way I want to know more about them and the story told on these illustrations. The are interesting.

if I remember from the artist's site properly, she's crying out that she's not an enemy. I think this one had those three sent to help refugees during kamjin's last blitz.
