The gist of it: Mokou is yelling at Kaguya because she spurned Mokou's dad, Kaguya points out that if she'd married Mokou's dad she would be Mokou's stepmother and says Mokou ought to call her "Okaa-sama" (very respectful "Mother"). So Mokou unexpectedly does, and Kaguya dies, either of moe or out of despair because Mokou made her feel old.
