This is why people who cannot tell the difference between inflation and pregnancy should not be allowed to add either of these tags. Because then we end up with both. (FYI: This is probably inflation. A pregnant woman's belly isn't usually that wide.)

Update : Pregnancy tag removed on account other images of this particular girl show her being filled with cum. I highly doubt she is intended to be displayed as pregnant.
