Good catch anons, my apologies. When I uploaded this in the first place, I had heard about Saya having purple hair at the end of the game and my first conclusion was naturally "well it's most likely Saya since there are no other purple-haired women in this series." I checked the entry on pixiv, however, and as you said, it suggests it's probably a personification of Yukianesa.
