He missed the chance to go with Ada back in RE2 where he would be having the best times of his life. Second he could've hooked up Claire and adopt Sherry where he'd have 2 gals to have fun with everyday, but nothings wrong with hooking up and getting married to the president's daughter. Maybe he could get lucky and meet her mom.
