Even IF they did mean that, they are still wrong. The artist drew a female Luffy, simple as that. Also, Nami has huge ass boobies and this pic don't have those so, yeah, female Luffy is MEANT to be female Luffy!

Hah hah! Luffyko in Strong World. I wonder if she would crash Shiki's party in that getup? If she did then 1 all the men would stare at her. 2 If she fought Shiki then her underwaer would show. 3 It would be teared up after she defeated Shiki and would show alot of skin which would make Sanji go to heaven!
