I like to believe they all actually survived. You should all check out Gairon's deviantart page, there is a comic called Happy to Serve You. Where most of the female soul reapers, vizerds, humans and some of the guy's work at Kisuke Urahara's Resturant. Oh and NEL has a teenage form in it and works there.

Renzokuken: Took awhile but it turned out that all of them except Lilynette actually did show up again. Even Cirucci, despite her being dead.
