This is NOT L. Have you read Los Angelese BB Murder Case? This is meant to be Beyond Birthday. I'm also pretty sure "Rav" is aware of this too, as it does not seem that he mistagged this with "L" or anything.

Beyond Birthday is Reu Ryuzaki... a cold-hearted serial-killer brought up at the Wammy's some time after L was brought there. Just sharing what I know. ^^
