lolis are not just kids, but for most people it is basically any flat (or mostly flat) chested female that is 18 or younger. Obviously she is in her teens, and her boobs are not big, thus she is a loli, despite how tall she is.

If one is older than 21 in my state they can't have sex with anyone under 18. Girls under 18 are then considered under-aged. So it really depends on the age of the two people in question.

Ex: If you find a 10 year old to be sexually attractive and at 12 than its okay, but if you are 21 than you are a pedophile.

and it also is above toddler age, or it simply becomes toddlercon, which personally I find repulsive, but its all about personal taste...


and I have seen some tall kids...its amazing how age has very little to do with size...
hell most people think im still 12 when I shave, if not, they think im about 17 or 18... I'll be turning 20 before long...


I think my lolita complex is because I prefer flatter chested women.
