If it looks human, it's generally judged on standards of human anatomy, so if the toe is wrong, it warrants an error tag.

^ According to the mods in the subjective tagging discussion thread (1st page), I'm correct.

They were debating the bad_anatomy tag (the previous poster said "Who the hell is to judge the proper anatomy of a demon girl" ), and the mods said "Given she's supposed to look human, human anatomy can apply".

So, human anatomy applies here, the foot is wrong, her big toe is on the wrong side of the foot.
