Translated as best I could. My grammar is lacking, and those kanji are tiny. So probably mistakes. Also, it seems pretty run-on sentencey.
I think the general idea it that one or more people have kidnapped Konata and Soujiro is late for returning (presumably with a ransom or something), so they're going to take a look around (Not sure if they're looking around for Soujiro, or taking a "look around" their captive)

And based on what you have translated it sounds more like Konata's father is calling up the cosplay cafe where Konata works because Konata did not come home that day and is worried about where she is. The owner of the cafe I'm guessing is on the other line and is saying that he has looked around the cafe but can not find her either, which is an obvious lie considering Konata is bound and gagged at the other end of the room still in her "work clothes". I guess the owner intends to have her work "extra shifts" for the cafe's more VIP customers.
