This is what you get Farah for kicking that eggbear in the opening cutscene of the game. Im gonna guess that eggbear in the bottom right corner (only his arm is showing) is the one she kicked and hes just now recovering and ready to get some revenge on her. Its just too bad Meredy had to be dragged down too because of her actions.
