Can someone please translate this? From what I can tell, and guess, someone hypnotized her, took pictures of her naked, showed those picture to the public, and is now keeping her as their slave. That's what I'm guessing.

Looks to me more like they're blackmailing her - they used a Ditto to take her form so they could get the incriminating photographs.
