The actual Green is the guy, because that is the way the japanese manga depicted it. The English manga fucked up and put Blue as the guy, which is not how it was suppose to be. Proof of this is as follows: Almost all of the characters have the same color as their name. Blue (English manga) has green eyes, and vice versa for Green (english manga).
