this should be cosplay, correct? i notice that this one has blue eyes while the actual rikku has green eyes with a sort of whorl pattern to them.

artists always draw characters in different styles... just because one feature is different doesn't mean that it's another character

...No anon. Artists don't always strictly adhere to every single detail of a character. Sometimes they change eye color, or hair color (we have one on here that has all the women of FF6 with black hair for instance). That doesn't mean it's a different character, or that they're wearing "contact lenses." It just means the artist did something different.
