okay, just because it's a picture of okuu doesn't mean you can immediately add asymmetrical_clothing. there's a rock in front of her foot and she's holding some sort of flotation device. her clothes are perfectly symmetrical.

The rock isn't just "in front of her foot". Canon Okuu has one of her feet encased in concrete. I don't think that counts as "in front of".
