Well actually the scene cuts off before she could finish, probably due to copyright laws perhaps.

Anyways the voice actress for Himegami Aisa is the same one for Jigoku Shoujo Enma Ai and various others that I'm not going in depth. She has a very popular voice though... Kimi Ni Todoke Sawako anyone?
