Gotta be honest; I don't see either one of them winning this. I'm pretty sure it'd be a great fight with lots of awesomeness.... but it would likely end with some metal mechanica robot landing where they would both fight it and, because Scott's there, when it was defeated, they would get coins. They'd then use said coins to go buy some low-quality ramen noodles. That's the way I see it. They just seem like they'd eventually end it on a good note.
