I'm not entirely convinced it's an error. If you look at the way her skin on the sole of her foot is shaded, her leg is angled away from us and crossing over her body instead of pointing straight up in the air, which would make the farther-away toes appear smaller even if their actual size is larger. Notice how they're all lined up in a straight line instead of curving from the largest to smallest toe (compare the other foot where the toes do form a curve); that's consistent with the perspective. Maybe it could have been better executed, but you have to remember this is an upscaled vector of a very small original and it can be hard to make out that kind of detail. And I'm not even a foot fetishist.
