Well, indeed there is wagashi at right side, but it's also called as "dango" (a kind of wagashi).
I wonder why no one has tagged "tsukimi" on this pictutre.
Within the sakazuki, it must be the moon: the dango is "tsukimi-dango".

And, also the picture is dated as "November 19th in 2010"
at the bottom left of this picture above signature of the artist "Kuma".
