Jun goes with the doctor and is killed when their ship is captured. If you watch Halo Legends the last story is Masterchief John 117 rescuing her and only her to iterate that everyone with her is dead. So yes Jun made it off reach but he did not survive.

Halo Legends: The Package takes place before Reach. All of the Spartans were wearing Mk. IV armor. Not even Mk. V. So it couldn't take place after.
