@Anon7 The Final Shine doesn't look "off" because this is not the Final Shine.
That pose obviously means Vegeta is using the Gallick Gun.
Super Gallick Gun is the true masterpiece of Vegeta's arsenal. Final Shine is overrated only because it was the last technique we ever saw from him...but it wasn't that strong.

KamehamehaX10 & Super Gallick Gun combo is the strongest.
