Anon3, the Marines don't know that Brook's part of the Straw Hat crew, at least not yet. Not only is his only Wanted Poster(so far) one of from 50 years ago when he had flesh, he's yet to be part of any famous episodes like Enies Lobby.

If they had known Brook was a Straw Hat, not only would they have captured him sometime during the Time Skip(which they didn't), but the Fake Straw Hats would've had someone impersonating him.

@Jeeevas I bet the music causing people to faint is a combination of people loving him and some form of Haki that he's inadvertently tapped into. Maybe he has Haoshoku Haki. Although that might be a bit much but it doesn't have to be all bigshots who have it.
