Uub was black, not indian, that's why Buu's fighting styles were based off of black male street fighting.

I don't care what anyone says, Uub was the character with the most "latent potential" in the whole story, by far. MUCH more than even Gohan. Heck, this is a kid who, at 10 years of age and not a single day of REAL martial arts training, only needed to get mad to be able to keep up with base Goku from the END of DBZ.

Buu can't be in Hell because he was too dangerous, and was reincarnated as Uub. But if we prevent some separation of his personality, Kid Buu must be really mad because of fact, that his reincarnation is alive and on Earth, while he is dead in Hell and can't destroy universe. If this happened to me, I would be mad as hell.
