Funny story behind this, Hentai artist SlashySmiley had made a few Naruto images of women dressed in sexy cowgirl outfits and would be sent to a milk farm...with Temari as one of these girls.

So Jimsugomi made two images based on those, this one and another about Tayuya....in her cursed mark form.
