If you take careful note to her left breast, it appears as if she is leaning slightly to her left. If this is the case, she would have a water line across that breast seeing as it is lower than her right one and her right one has the line in suspicion. Because her left breast does not have the "water line," I deduct that she is indeed wearing a torn body stocking.

P.S. That is not the only cue in this pic
