I would vote for him on account of the moustache alone. Seriously; that's a moustache of authority right there.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: Best. Mayor. Ever. If you ever want a violent gang off a particular street, just suggest it to Haggar for his morning jog, and then follow him with a police van or two. You won't even need cuffs - they'll be too busy writhing in pain to resist arrest. You might need a paramedic or two though.
