to above questions, even thought they're over 1 year old:

there's this manga, Centaur no Nayami that adresses some of that stuff, as far as I've read, centaurs wear adapted pants/dresses that cover almost their whole "horse" half (but that's easy to figure out), but short-like trousers covering just the back half is seen (possibly underwear), they do use cars and about wiping their butt, the centaurs are flexible enough to reach there, but it is said that centaurs are very concerned about their weight, since the more one is fat, the harder it is to reach there and low higyene ensues
